Delivery and Return
Most orders are shipped via one of these forwarders - PostNord, GLS, DAO Pakkeshop and Bring Pakkeshop - within 1-5 days of placing an order, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped from Aarhus, Denmark and rates are based on size, weight and destination of package.
We use only the fastest and most professional couriers. Please be aware that all delivery times are based on realistic circumstances. However, delays in customs and other unforeseen events can also increase the delivery time.
Additionally, please be aware that orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment.
Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
Any packages not claimed by the recipient and/or returned to the sender (Merrea) for any reason will be subject to a re-shipment fee if the recipient chooses to have the packaged reshipped. If the recipient foregoes having the package reshipped, AND all items in the package are in their original condition, a refund or store credit minus the original shipping charge can be granted.

Return and cancellations
We try our absolute best to ensure that the product images used on our site flawlessly depict the colors and nuances in each unique piece. However, computer monitors and lighting vary, and we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen are a perfect portrayal of the real thing.
Online order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order online and only when the shipping label hasn't been created.

Most returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipment date for a full refund not including the original shipping cost*. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging and original condition.
Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment.
We do our very best to ensure sturdy, safe packaging of all of our items, but in the unfortunate case of a damaged good, a clear photo must be sent to email@example.com within 3 days of receipt.
Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged good will be provided in a reply email.
